93 Minimum deposit—security deposit conditions
(Former clause 75 of 2010 Reg)
For the purposes of section 261BF of the Act, the minimum deposit for an authorisation is—
(a)
$200 for a small-scale title, and
(b)
$1,000 for an environmental assessment permit, and
(c)
$10,000 for any other authorisation.
