8 Driver’s view and vehicle controls
A heavy motor vehicle must be built—
(a)
to allow the driver in the normal driving position a view of the road and of traffic to the front and sides of the vehicle so the driver can drive the vehicle safely; and
(b)
with its controls located so the driver can drive the vehicle safely.
