Schedule 2Other vehicle standards applying to single heavy vehicles
95 Visible emissions
(1)
This section applies to a heavy motor vehicle that is propelled by an internal combustion engine and was built after 1930.
(2)
The heavy motor vehicle must not emit visible emissions for a continuous period of 10 seconds or more.
(3)
However, this section does not apply to emissions that are visible only because of heat or the condensation of water vapour.
