10 Condition
(1)
The payment of assistance under the scheme is subject to the condition stated in this section.
(2)
If an applicant’s application for assistance is not accompanied by a resilience plan for the primary production enterprise the subject of the application, the applicant must, if requested by the authority, give a resilience plan for the primary production enterprise to the authority.
