20 Existing applications for assistance

This section applies if, before the commencement, an application for assistance under the scheme set out in schedule 39 was made but not decided.
(2)
Schedule 39, as amended by the Rural and Regional Adjustment (Drought-related Assistance Schemes) Amendment Regulation 2022, applies to the application.
