27 Existing applications for assistance—sch 44
(1)
This section applies if an application for assistance under the scheme set out in schedule 44 was made but not decided before the commencement.
(2)
Schedule 44, as amended by the Rural and Regional Adjustment (Variation of Resilient Homes Assistance Scheme) Amendment Regulation 2022, applies to the application.
