16 Application of increased amount of assistance
(1)
Schedule 37, section 7, as amended by the amendment regulation, applies in relation to an applicant who applies for assistance under the scheme set out in that schedule, whether the application was made before or after the commencement.

In this section—
amendment regulation means the Rural and Regional Adjustment (Variation of COVID-19 Business Support Grants Scheme (August 2021)) Amendment Regulation 2021.
