79 Section 14B amended (Land vested in public authority)
Section 14B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:
This section does not apply to any Crown land that is – State forest within the meaning of the Forestry Act 1920; or a public reserve.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970.
