82 Section 18A inserted
Before section 19 of the Principal Act, the following section is inserted in Part IV:
18A. Interpretation In sections 19, 20 and 21 – class, in relation to reserved land, includes the class of forest reserve if the reserved land is in the World Heritage Area; management objectives, in relation to the class of forest reserve, means the objectives specified in Schedule 3 of the Forestry Act 1920; purposes of reservation, in relation to the class of forest reserve, means the purposes specified in section 20(1)(a) of the Forestry Act 1920; reserved land includes land in the class of forest reserve if that land is included in the World Heritage Area.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970.
