Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998

Section 25B of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

by omitting from subsection (1) "of which the Director is the managing authority";

by omitting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:In this section, specified area means a part or all of the following classes of reserved land:national park;State reserve; nature reserve; game reserve; conservation area; nature recreation area; regional reserve; historic site.

The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970.
