585 Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction
S. 585(1) amended by No. 81/1997 s. 29(2) (ILA s. 39B(1)).

It is the intention of section 361 as amended by the Police and Corrections (Amendment) Act 1997 and the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975.
