Transitional provision—Crimes (Property Damage and Computer Offences) Act 2003

(1)

The amendments of this Act made by the Crimes (Property Damage and Computer Offences) Act 2003 apply only to offences alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of that Act.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between two dates, one before and one after the commencement of the Crimes (Property Damage and Computer Offences) Act 2003, the offence is alleged to have been committed before that commencement.
