Transitional provision—Crimes Amendment Act 2026

S. 640C inserted by No. 8/2026 s. 4.

Section 195Q as substituted by section 3 of the Crimes Amendment Act 2026 applies in relation to an offence against section 195N(1) or 195O(1) irrespective of when the offence is alleged to have been committed.
