637A Transitional provision—Major Crime and Community Safety Legislation Amendment Act 2022
(1)
In this section—
amending Act means the Major Crime and Community Safety Legislation Amendment Act 2022.
(2)
The amendments made to this Act by Division 1 of Part 3 of the amending Act only apply to warrants issued under section 465 on or after the commencement of Division 1 of Part 3 of the amending Act.
(3)
The amendments made to this Act by Division 2 of Part 3 of the amending Act only apply to fingerprints taken on or after the commencement of Division 2 of Part 3 of the amending Act.
