640A Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025
(1)
Section 77 as amended by Division 2 of Part 2 of the Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025 applies only to an offence alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of that Division.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one on or after the commencement of Division 2 of Part 2 of the Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025, the offence is alleged to have been committed before that commencement.
