Transitional provisions—Sentencing Amendment (Coward's Punch Manslaughter and Other Matters) Act 2014

Section 4A only applies to an offence alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of section 3 of the Sentencing Amendment (Coward's Punch Manslaughter and Other Matters) Act 2014.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one after the commencement of section 3 of the Sentencing Amendment (Coward's Punch Manslaughter and Other Matters) Act 2014, it is alleged to have been committed before that commencement.
