11.01 Certified extracts

(1)

A certified extract from the Court record of any order is sufficient for any purpose for which an order is required.

(2)

The Court may order, on its own motion or on the application of a party, that a certified extract must not include information that would jeopardise the safety of a party or any other person.

(3)

In making an order under subrule (2), the Court may be constituted by a registrar.

(4)

If a person is not satisfied with the decision of the Court constituted by a registrar, the person may seek leave to refer the matter to the Court for a decision.
