Certificate of service

In force

(1)

For the purposes of section 203 of the Act, a certificate of service must—

(a)

include a statement about the date, time and place the document was served; and

(b)

include a statement about the manner of service; and

(c)

specify each document served; and

(d)

indicate whether the certificate has been made on oath, by affidavit or is certified.

(2)

A certificate of service must be filed as soon as practicable after service of the document to which it relates.
