8.06 Annexures and exhibits
(1)
A document referred to in an affidavit must not be annexed to the affidavit but may be referred to as an exhibit.
(2)
An exhibit to an affidavit must be identified by a separate certificate annexed to it bearing the same title as the affidavit and signed by the person before whom the affidavit is sworn.
