7.03 Service
(1)
A subpoena must be served personally on the person to whom it is addressed.
(2)
Despite subrule (1), if the subpoena is addressed to a corporation, service may be effected by serving the subpoena personally on one of the following persons—
(a)
the mayor, chairman, president or other head officer of the corporation;
(b)
the town clerk, clerk, treasurer, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the corporation.
