7.02 Address of subpoena
(1)
A subpoena requiring a person to attend for the purpose of giving evidence may be addressed to any number of persons.
(2)
A subpoena requiring the production of a document or thing must be addressed to one person, except in the case of a partnership where all the members of a firm may be addressed in the subpoena.
