15.01 Risk assessments
A risk assessment is confidential and must not be—
(a)
used in evidence in any proceeding; or
(b)
disclosed to the respondent or an associate of the respondent to the proceeding to which the risk assessment relates.
Note
There is currently no Rule 15.02.
