Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020

In this Order—

claimant means a person making a claim to or in respect of property in dispute;

execution creditor means a person for whom a warrant is issued;

property in dispute means any debt or other property which is the subject of a proceeding under this Part;

stakeholder means an applicant under Rule 12.02(1);

warrant means warrant of execution under these Rules.
