Enforcement between partners

In force

An order made against partners suing or being sued in the name of their firm in a proceeding of a kind referred to in Rule 17.01(2)(a) or (b)—

(a)

must not be enforced without the leave of the Court; and

(b)

on application for leave, the Court may include an order that any necessary accounts and inquiries be taken and made.
