20.03 Australian lawyer ceasing to act
(1)
If an Australian lawyer ceases to act for a party in a proceeding, unless a notice of change is filed and served under Rule 20.01, the Australian lawyer must immediately—
(a)
file notice that the Australian lawyer has ceased to act; and
(b)
serve a copy on all parties.
(2)
A notice under paragraph (1) must state the address, email address and telephone number (landline or mobile) of the party, as last known to the Australian lawyer.
