13.05 Particulars from plaintiff
(1)
The defendant may give notice to the plaintiff that the defendant requires further particulars of the plaintiff's claim.
(2)
A notice seeking further particulars must be in writing and must specify the alleged facts or matters in respect of which further particulars are required.
