7A.10 Form of certificate of non-compliance
(1)
A certificate of non-compliance with a subpoena must be in Form 7AD.
(2)
The certificate of non-compliance may be signed and sealed by the Magistrate, or the judicial registrar who issued the certificate, or by the registrar.
