26 Minister may review Commission’s decisions
A service provider which is affected directly by a decision by the Commission under this Part may, in writing, request the Minister to review the decision.
The Minister has an absolute discretion to review a decision by the Commission under this Part, whether on a request under subsection (1) or otherwise.
The Minister is to provide a service provider which has requested a review under this section with —
written reasons for refusing to conduct a review; or
written conclusions reached after conducting a review.
After reviewing a decision by the Commission under this Part the Minister may give the Commission a direction under section 20.
