54 Prosecution of offences
(1)
Proceedings for an offence against this Act may be commenced by the chief executive officer or a person authorised in writing to do so by the chief executive officer.
(2)
In any proceedings for an offence against this Act the authority of the prosecutor to commence the proceedings is to be presumed in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
