57 Review of Act
The Minister is to carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act —
not later than 5 years after its commencement; and
not later than 5 years after the tabling of the report on that review and after the tabling of each subsequent report on a review.
The review is to consider whether the policy objectives of the Act remain valid and whether the provisions of the Act are still appropriate for securing those objectives.

The Minister must prepare a report based on each review and shall, as soon as practicable after it is prepared, cause it to be tabled before each House of Parliament.
