43 Respondent to report on remedial action
(1)
If a decision under section 42 recommends remedial action be taken by the respondent, the respondent must, within 45 days after receiving the notice of the decision, report in writing to the Director what action the respondent has taken to remedy the matter.
Penalty: $2 500.
(2)
Within the 45 day period referred to in subsection (1), the respondent may ask the Director to extend the time within which the respondent must report to the Director.
(3)
If asked under subsection (2), the Director may extend the time by no more than 15 days.
