Reports to Parliament

43B Reports to Parliament

(1)

The Director may at any time lay a report before each House of Parliament on any matter that the Director considers necessary —

(a)

arising from an individual complaint or an investigation; or

(b)

in relation to the performance of the Director’s functions under this Act.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not limit Part 5 of the Financial Management Act 2006.

(3)

The Director is not to include in any such report any information that —

(a)

discloses the identity of a person with disability; or

(b)

might enable the identity of any such person to be ascertained,

unless that person has consented to the disclosure.
