27 Holding, tethering of dogs
For sections 31(1), 32(2)(c) and 33GA(4)(b)(ii) and (iii) and (7)(a) and (b), the maximum length of a chain, cord, leash or harness is 2 metres measured from the base of the dog’s neck.
