Microchip implanter: qualifications

In force

(1)

In this regulation —

registered training provider has the meaning given by the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 section 5(1).

(2)

The qualifications for paragraph (b) of the definition of microchip implanter in section 3(1) comprise the successful completion of —

(a)

one or more of the following units of competency in microchip implantation of cats and dogs (provided by a registered training provider) —

(i)

ACMMIC401A Implant microchip in cats and dogs;

(ii)

ACMMIC401 Implant microchip in cats and dogs;

and

(b)

1 or more of the courses listed in the Table (provided by a registered training provider).
