33B Modified penalties for offences under the principal Act: designated persons
For section 45A(1)(a), the offences under a provision of the Act specified in column 2 of the Table are offences in relation to which a modified penalty applies.
The amount specified in column 4 of the Table in relation to an offence is the modified penalty payable in respect of that offence if dealt with under regulation 35A.
