33AF Cancellation of dog supply approval
For section 38Q(g), the circumstances are —
(a)
the person has supplied a dog to a relevant pet shop business that is —
(i)
a dangerous dog (declared); or
(ii)
a dog that requires significant veterinary treatment; or
(iii)
an unsterilised dog;
or
(b)
the person has not supplied a dog to a relevant pet shop business for a period of at least 1 year.
