36E Objection to decision in relation to pet shop approval
For section 54F(2), an objection to a decision must contain the following information —
the name and contact details of the person lodging the objection;
the street address of the pet shop to which the decision relates;
the date on which the person was given the written notice of the decision by the local government under section 54E(2);
confirmation that the person has not applied for a review of the decision under section 54H;
whether the objection has been lodged in relation to —
a decision to refuse to grant a pet shop approval; or
a decision to refuse to renew a pet shop approval; or
a decision to cancel a pet shop approval; or
a decision to impose or amend conditions on a pet shop approval;
the reasons for the objection.
