Prescribed offences and modified penalties (s. 126)

In force

For section 126 of the Act —

(a)

the offences specified in Schedule 3 column 2 are prescribed offences; and

(b)

the amount of money specified in Schedule 3 column 3 opposite an offence specified in Schedule 3 column 2 is the modified penalty for that offence if committed by an individual; and

(c)

the amount of money specified in Schedule 3 column 4 opposite an offence specified in Schedule 3 column 2 is the modified penalty for that offence if committed by a body corporate.
