12B Board’s functions
The Board’s functions are —
(a)
to advise the Minister about the present and future needs of the State for roads and for infrastructure relating to road transport, after taking into account the views of all kinds of users of roads; and
(b)
to advise the Minister of any concerns as to the State’s roads and infrastructure relating to road transport that are held by any body of persons concerned with road transport or with users of roads; and
(c)
to report in writing to the Minister about any matter referred to the Board by the Minister.
