22A Adjoining works
(1)
The Commissioner may carry out adjoining works in relation to highways and main roads.
(2)
The Commissioner may, by negotiation or agreement, enter on land adjoining the highway or main road to perform adjoining works.
(3)
Nothing in this section affects a power of the Commissioner to enter land under another written law.
