18B Power to undertake other work
(1)
For the purposes of this section, a reference to works includes a reference to the following —
(a)
infrastructure or other construction works;
(b)
providing or supplying facilities or services;
(c)
providing advice;
(d)
doing work jointly with another person.
(2)
The Commissioner may enter into an agreement with any person to do works, whether or not connected with the functions of the Commissioner under this Act, for that person.
