31 Account established; moneys to be credited to it
There must be credited, from time to time, to an agency special purpose account called the Main Roads Trust Account established under section 16 of the Financial Management Act 2006 —
such moneys as are, from time to time, appropriated by Parliament; and
moneys paid pursuant to an agreement entered into by the Commissioner under this Act; and
moneys paid to the Treasury, by a local government, in respect of permanent works and the maintenance of highways, main roads, and secondary roads; and
moneys paid by the Commonwealth to the State, for the purposes of road works, whether by virtue of an Act of the Parliament of the Commonwealth or otherwise; and
moneys that are to be credited to the Main Roads Trust Account under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 or any other Act; and
any other moneys lawfully received by, made available to, or payable to the Commissioner.
Subject to this Act, such other agency special purpose accounts as the Treasurer may from time to time approve are to be established under section 16 of the Financial Management Act 2006.
