18F Business arrangements and agreements requiring Minister’s and Treasurer’s approval
(1)
The Commissioner requires the approval of the Minister and the Treasurer before the Commissioner enters into —
(a)
a business arrangement that is within the ambit of section 15B(1)(g)(ii) or (iii); or
(b)
an agreement by which the Commissioner acquires, holds or disposes of shares, units or other interests in, or relating to, a business arrangement or research body.
(2)
An approval under subsection (1) may be subject to conditions specified by the Minister or the Treasurer.
