4 Meetings
(1)
Subject to this clause the Board is to determine the procedure for convening and conducting its meetings.
(2)
The chairperson is to preside at Board meetings.
(3)
In the absence of the chairperson and the deputy chairperson at a meeting, a person elected by the members present is to preside.
(4)
The Board is to keep minutes of its meetings to a standard approved by the Minister.
(5)
The Board is to give the Minister a copy of the minutes of each Board meeting.
