22C Incidental works to roads
(1)
In addition to powers conferred under the other provisions of this Act, the Commissioner may, with the approval of the Minister, carry out works necessary for facilitating the performance of the functions conferred on the Commissioner by this Act, including works on any land under the care, control and management of the Commissioner.
(2)
The Minister’s approval is sufficient authority for the carrying out of any works incidental to the performance of the functions.
