11 Carrying on operations
(1)
A GHG licensee must not carry on any operations in relation to an identified GHG storage formation specified in the licence unless an approved site plan is in force in relation to the formation.
(2)
If an approved site plan is in force in relation to an identified GHG storage formation specified in a GHG injection licence, the licensee must comply with the plan.
(3)
A person who contravenes subregulation (1) or (2) commits an offence.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $10 000.
