39 Notice of decision
(1)
The Minister must give the licensee written notice of a decision made under regulation 38(1).
(2)
If the decision is to approve the draft variation, the notice must include any conditions and the date of approval.
(3)
If the decision is to refuse to approve the draft variation, the notice must include the reasons for the refusal.
