44 Notifying Minister
(1)
For the purposes of section 69HC(a) of the Act, the licensee may inform the Minister of a serious situation by notice given orally or in writing.
(2)
A notice given under subregulation (1) must include —
(a)
all material facts and circumstances concerning the incident that the licensee knows or is able, by reasonable search or inquiry, to find out; and
(b)
the details of any action taken to avoid or mitigate any adverse environmental impacts of the incident; and
(c)
the details of corrective action that has been, or is proposed to be, taken to prevent the occurrence of a similar incident.
