28 Notice of withdrawal of approval
(1)
The Minister must give the licensee written notice of withdrawal of approval of a site plan under regulation 26.
(2)
The notice must specify —
(a)
the reasons for the withdrawal; and
(b)
the day on which the withdrawal takes effect.
