19 Decision‑making process: request for further information
(1)
The Minister may, by written notice given to the applicant, request further information in writing relating to any of the requirements set out in Division 2.
(2)
The request must specify —
(a)
each requirement in relation to which further information is requested; and
(b)
a reasonable period within which the further information is to be provided.
(3)
If the applicant provides the further information within the specified period, or a longer period agreed to in writing by the Minister, a reference in this Division to the draft site plan is a reference to the draft site plan as including the further information.
